AP Style Standard Tube Nozzles feature FNPT threads to go with MNPT threaded lances, a slimline design that makes it easy to move through almost any size of tubing, and a wide range of options for precision drilled orifices. Medium Pressure (MP) and High Pressure (HP) Standard Tube Nozzles are designed to go with lances with either right or left hand Autoclave Type Medium Pressure threads, a special seating design that eliminates the requirement for gland nuts and collars, wrench flats for easy installation, and offer a wide range of options for precision drilled orifices.

Turbo
TURBO NOZZLES
Turbo Nozzles provide the most thorough cleaning of tube walls with maximum impact without streaking. These nozzles also integrate backward-facing orifices that propel them through hard deposits on the I.D. of pipes and tubes. At the same time, part of the nozzle rotates and polishes the pipes’ I.D.
We offer custom flow rates for your special applications. Turbo Nozzles or Blanks are used to cap the end of the nozzles (sold separately). Parts that are worn can be replaced in the field within five minutes with a simple rebuild kit to minimize downtime.

BUTTON TIP TUBE CLEANING NOZZLES
Tube Cleaning Nozzles use high performance sapphire insert assemblies, are made of hardened stainless steel, and are ideal for most Ultra High Pressure (UHP) rigid lance tube cleaning applications. Each requires the use of an “ADMAC style” brass button (Part No. 17-000-000) to attach to the rigid lance.
